Probetrix is a subscription-based service providing sports predictions. Currently, the platform operates in a Beta phase for testing purposes.
2. beta phase disclaimer
During this Beta phase, all services are provided “as is” without guarantee of full functionality. Users understand that some features may be limited or experimental. Terms will be updated upon formal company registration.
3. subscriptions and payments
- Subscriptions are billed via Shopify and Seal Subscriptions. - You may cancel at any time via the Customer Portal. - Refunds are limited during the Beta phase. See our Refund Policy for details.
4. international users
Users from any country may use the service. Legal jurisdiction will be defined after company registration. By using the service, you agree to comply with local laws.
5. liability
Probetrix is not liable for any losses resulting from use of predictions or service downtime.
6. amendments
Probetrix may update these terms at any time. Users will be notified via email.
